Orders

How to place an order?

Select your items, choose the size and/or color, and add them to your
shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on "Order" and enter your delivery and payment information.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and access your purchase history.

How do I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot password" when logging in and follow the instructions sent by email.

Is it possible to modify or delete my account?

You can modify your account information at any time. Enter your username and password and, once logged in, select the "My Account" section to modify or delete information.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified online. For all urgent requests (cancellation, address correction), please contact us immediately at customer service: boutique@pierrecardin.com .

Our products

Do the product photos reflect reality?

We take the greatest care in the presentation and description of our products. Slight differences in color or texture may however appear depending on the screen or lighting.

Are the products made in France?

Our Couture and Heritage collections are designed and crafted in Paris in our studio and workshops. Certain accessories and specific pieces are made by selected partners in Europe. Each product description mentions the origin of manufacture.

What is the difference between our Couture and Heritage collections?
  • Couture: Bespoke creations from our latest fashion shows, available exclusively by appointment in our showroom. They reflect the expertise and creative innovation of the House of Pierre Cardin.
  • Héritage Paris : Unique creations from the House's archives, carefully preserved, restored, and offered for sale exclusively. They embody the history and stylistic identity of the House of Pierre Cardin.

The payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are secured by an encryption system that complies with the
Industry standards include SSL (Secure Socket Layer) . Strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) may be required by the bank, in accordance with the European PSD2 directive.

The delivery

What are the delivery times?

Preparation and shipping typically take between 2 and 5 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. These times are indicated at the time of ordering and confirmed in the shipping confirmation email. In any case, delivery will occur within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

During sales periods, promotions or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free in France and internationally, except under certain conditions.
specific details are indicated on the Website. For deliveries outside the European Union,
Customs duties and/or local taxes may apply. These charges remain
at the Client's expense.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to France, to the 26 countries of the European Union, as well as to
UNITED STATES.

I haven't received my package. What can I do?

Log in to your customer account if you have created one, then click on "My Orders". You will then be able to track the status of your order.

In any case, if you do not receive your package within 5 working days, we invite you to contact the carrier's Customer Service directly.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item ordered online?

Yes. In accordance with the law, you have fourteen ( 14) days from the date of receipt of your item to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, complete, with their tags and packaging intact).

Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in exceptional circumstances and in accordance with the terms and conditions.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and checking your return, the refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days to the payment method used when ordering.
