Refund policy

Pierre Cardin House has a 14-day return policy starting from the date of receipt of your item, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

To return an item, please contact our customer service at boutique@pierrecardin.com to obtain return instructions and the address to send your package.

You will then have 14 working days to return your order to our returns center in order to receive a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, complete, with tags and packaging intact). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the GTC.

Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. You may return your order for a refund and place a new order if desired.
